Photos
Copy to Photo Album: If set to ON, photos that you take are saved in your Photo Album.
Keep Original: If set to ON, the original image is kept locally in the HueVue database. HueVue saves the thumbnail image in any case.
Image Modes
Normal ... Green Boost: Set these to ON if you want them to be part of the list of modes that is cycled through when you press the Image Mode button on the Chooser tab.
Color Vision Deficiency Compensation
Boost: A scale factor that determines how much to increase the L- or M- component of an image.
Limit: If set to ON, then RGB values of individual pixels are limited to the maximum allowable value.
Scale: If set to ON, the whole image is scaled so that everything fits within the allowable RGB range.
Experiment with Boost, Limit and Scale to see what works best for you.
Color Lists
Max Entries: The maximum number of entries shown on the Harmonies and Closest lists.
Quick Compare
Closest: If set to ON, the QC button on the Chooser tab causes colors to be compared based on closeness; otherwise, colors are compared based on Harmony.
